Team Staff gives each employee their own sign-in and POS PIN so they can work orders, the inbox and the POS without the owner's password.
Sharing one owner login with staff is insecure and makes it impossible to see who did what.

In Pludor, open Team Staff from the Management menu, enter the staff member's name and email, and they get their own sign-in. This keeps your owner password private and lets you see who did what. Remove them from the same screen when they leave.
On Pludor, Team Staff is on for every store including the Free plan, and the first 2 team members are free. Beyond that, each seat costs 200 credits a month, and 1 credit equals 1 cent. You only pay for what you use past the free amounts.
Give each staff member their own POS PIN in Team Staff, then have them clock in or switch in on the POS at the start of a shift. Open Team Staff in the Management menu, invite the staff member, and set their PIN there. They then enter that PIN on the POS terminal so each sale is attributed to them. You can change or remove PINs the same way.
Have staff clock in on the POS using their PIN at the start of each shift, then review hours, wages and tips per person in the Hours, Wages & Tips section of Team Staff. Use Pay Out to record when you pay them. Pludor handles this alongside the POS and staff accounts, so clock-ins and sales attribution stay connected.
