What Pludor does in your terminal

An AI that works on the files on your computer - for builders, and for everyone who just wants a thing made.

Just say what you want

No commands to learn. Type "build me a landing page for my bakery" or "why is this page broken?" in plain words.

Builds sites and apps

Websites, landing pages, small tools and scripts - written into real files in the folder you open it in.

Fixes and explains code

Point it at a project and it reads the code, finds the problem, makes the change and can run the tests.

Does the boring file jobs

Rename a folder of photos, clean up a spreadsheet, turn a CSV into product listings.

Asks before it acts

It shows what it wants to change or run and waits for your OK. Plan mode only thinks and never touches files.

Pay as you go

No subscription. It uses your Pludor credits only while it works, and stops if they run out - top up any time.

Looks things up for you

Pludor search checks current docs, prices and news on the web, with sources - and Pludor's own tools (stores, products, free tools) are built in.

Windows, Mac and Linux

Questions

Do I need to know how to code to use Pludor in the terminal?

No. You type what you want in normal words and Pludor does the coding. Knowing a little helps you check its work, and it always shows you what it is about to change.

How much does it cost?

Installing is free. While it works, it uses your Pludor credits - pay as you go, no subscription. You can see and top up your credits on your credits page, and it stops if they run out instead of charging you.

Is it safe to let an AI change my files?

Pludor only works in the folder you open it in, shows each change or command first and waits for your OK. Use Plan mode (press Tab) when you only want ideas and no changes.

Which computers does it work on?

Windows 10 and 11, Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Linux (x64 and ARM).

How do I sign in?

The first time you type pludor, your browser opens your Pludor account. Check the code matches the one in your terminal and press Allow. No password is typed into the terminal.

How do I sign out or remove it?

Type /logout inside Pludor (or pludor logout). To remove it, delete the Pludor folder in %LOCALAPPDATA% on Windows, or the ~/.pludor folder on Mac and Linux.

What can I ask it to do?

Build a website or landing page, fix an error, explain a project, write a script, tidy files and spreadsheets, or turn a list of products into listings - anything you can do with files and the terminal.

Which AI does it use?

Pludor by default, and Pludor Fast for quick jobs - both included for everyone, pay as you go. Pludor Max, our most capable model for big, complicated jobs, is included with the Scale plan. Switch any time with /models.

Can it look things up on the web?

Yes. It uses Pludor search to check current docs, prices, versions and news, and tells you the sources it used.

I already use Pludor in the app. Is this different?

It is the same Pludor account and credits. The app and website chat run your life and business; the terminal version works on the files on your computer.

Try Pludor in your terminal

Free to install. Uses your Pludor credits only while it works.
