Turn on card payments through Stripe (Checkout or Stripe Connect direct), PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer and cash on delivery, and set your store currency and tax settings.
Customers abandon checkout when their preferred payment method is missing.
Take card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer and cash on delivery. You need a Pludor store - free to create.
Open Settings in your store dashboard and scroll to the payments section. Turn on each method you want - card via Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer or cash on delivery - then set your store currency and tax settings. Finish by placing a test order with each method to confirm it works.
Enable Zelle or Venmo in your payment settings and add your details. These are manual methods, so when the money arrives you confirm the order with Mark Paid. On Pludor you can turn both on in Settings under payments, and they work alongside card and PayPal.
Pludor charges a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 per paid online order, deducted before payout. Card processing is charged separately by Stripe. Cash sales recorded in POS carry no platform fee, and wallet-to-wallet transfers between Pludor users are free.
Yes, card payments require a connected Stripe account - either Stripe Checkout or Stripe Connect direct. Connect or create your Stripe account from Settings in your store dashboard. Stripe's processing fees are charged separately by the processor.
Confirm the order only when the money arrives, using Mark Paid. To chase stale COD orders automatically, Pludor's Nudges feature (under Outreach & CRM) can send reminders to orders older than a set number of hours, and replies land in your Inbox.
Payment methods are on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Each month a free amount of everything is included, like 3,000 visits and 100 AI replies; past that you pay only for what you use in credits (1 credit = 1 cent). New stores also get 500 free credits.
Open Orders in the Core Commerce menu and press + New Manual Order. Enter the customer, phone, total, payment method and address, then press Create Order. When the money arrives, press Mark Paid - on Pludor this keeps phone, chat and walk-in sales in the same order history as online sales.
Yes. Download product or store QR pay links from your dashboard and customers scan to pay, or record cash sales through POS - cash sales recorded in POS carry no platform fee. On Pludor, online, QR and in-person sales all share one order history and payout view.
With separate tools, your checkout links, invoices and QR payments each live in a different place. On Pludor, one checkout powers all three, plus a buyer wallet with balance, cashback and gift cards, and a finance view showing fees, payouts, W-9 and 1099 in one place. Processor dashboards typically only show the money side.
Manual methods like bank transfer, Zelle and cash on delivery aren't confirmed automatically - you check your bank or payment app, then mark the order paid. On Pludor you press Mark Paid on the order once the money arrives, and it's then reflected in your Finance view alongside card and PayPal payments.
