How to use Pludor Manual Orders: step-by-step guide

How do I use Manual Orders, step by step?

Log phone, chat and walk-in sales as real orders. You need a Pludor store - free to create.

  1. Open Orders: Open Orders in the Core Commerce menu.
  2. New Manual Order: Press + New Manual Order.
  3. Fill in details: Enter customer, phone, total, payment method and address.
  4. Create: Press Create Order.
  5. Mark paid: Press Mark Paid when the money arrives.

How do I record a phone order in my online store?

In Pludor, open Orders in the Core Commerce menu, press + New Manual Order, and enter the customer name, phone, email, total, payment method and address. Press Create Order, then Mark Paid once you receive the money. The order then flows through your normal order dashboard like any online sale.

What is a manual order and why would I use one?

A manual order is an order you enter yourself instead of the customer checking out online. It's for sales taken by phone, DM, chat or walk-in that would otherwise never make it into your records. With Pludor Manual Orders you can also add an internal note and mark the order paid.

How much does Pludor Manual Orders cost?

It's on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Each month a free amount of everything is included, and past that you pay only for what you use in credits (1 credit = 1 cent). New stores get 500 free credits.

How do I keep track of orders I take on WhatsApp or Instagram DM?

Log each one as a manual order so it's in the same system as your online sales. In Pludor, you can also connect WhatsApp, SMS and email under Channels so every conversation lands in one Inbox, and track each lead from new to won in Leads.

Can I mark a manual order as paid after the customer sends the money?

Yes. Create the manual order first with the customer and payment details, then press Mark Paid when the money arrives. In Pludor this keeps the order in your normal flow so your records stay accurate.

Do I pay Pludor fees on orders I take by phone or in person?

Pludor's platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 applies to paid online orders, deducted before payout. Cash sales recorded in POS carry no platform fee, and wallet-to-wallet transfers between Pludor users are free. Card processing is charged separately by Stripe.

How do I organise manual orders so I can find them later?

Use color labels. In Pludor, open Labels in the Operations menu, create a label with a name and color (or press Add Common Labels), then press Assign Labels on any order. You can filter Orders by label and even use a label as a campaign audience.

Can I add a private note to an order that the customer won't see?

Yes. Pludor Manual Orders includes an internal notes field when you create the order. Use it for things like where the sale came from or special instructions - it stays internal to you and your team.

How do I pack and ship manual orders along with my online orders?

Treat them the same: manual orders join your normal order flow. In Pludor, open Pack List to see everything to pack today grouped by product, then move each order through packed, shipped and delivered - the buyer is notified at each step. You can also use Exports for accounting or bulk reporting.
