Create a manual order with customer name, phone, email, total, payment method, address and an internal note; it joins your normal order flow, and can be marked paid.
Orders taken by phone or DM never make it into your records.
5 steps, in this order. Each one is explained in the step-by-step guide.
In Pludor, open Orders in the Core Commerce menu and press + New Manual Order. Enter the customer name, phone, total, payment method and address, then press Create Order. Press Mark Paid once the money arrives, and the order joins your normal order flow.
A manual order is an order you enter yourself rather than one a customer places online. It's for sales taken by phone, chat, DM or walk-in that would otherwise never make it into your records. Pludor's Manual Orders form captures customer name, phone, email, total, payment method, address and an internal note.
It's on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Each month a free amount of everything is included; past that you pay only for what you use in credits, where 1 credit equals 1 cent. Note that Pludor charges a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 per paid online order, but cash sales recorded in POS carry no platform fee.
Enter each one as a manual order so it lives in the same dashboard as your online sales. In Pludor, go to Orders, press + New Manual Order, fill in the details and create it. You can also connect WhatsApp, SMS and email channels in the Operations menu so all those conversations land in one inbox.
Yes. Create the manual order first with the customer and total, then press Mark Paid when the money arrives. This lets you record the sale immediately and reconcile payment later. Pludor supports this directly in the Orders screen.
Pludor's manual order form includes an internal note field for exactly this. Fill it in when you create the order, and it stays internal rather than going to the customer. You can also send the customer a real update separately using a saved template.
Yes, Pludor has a free Receipt Maker that needs no account. Add the items and amounts and you get a clean receipt to send or print. It works for any order, not just ones taken through Pludor.
Use labels: in Pludor, open Labels in the Operations menu, create a label with a name and color (or press Add Common Labels), then press Assign Labels on any order. You can then filter Orders by label, and even use a label as a campaign audience for follow-up marketing.
No, it's on for every store including the Free plan, and every feature is on for every store. New stores also get 500 free credits, and your store and orders never switch off for lack of credit. Paid monthly plans are optional bundles of credits with bigger free amounts and a lower fee.
Enter them as manual orders so phone, chat and walk-in sales sit in the same order flow as online ones. In Pludor, you can then print a pack list grouped by product, move each order through packed, shipped and delivered statuses (the buyer is notified each time), and use Exports for accounting or bulk reporting.
