Common questions

How do I create a message template on Pludor?

Open Outreach & CRM > Templates in your Pludor store, press Add Defaults to get a starter set, then add your own with a title and body. You can include placeholders like {customer_name}, {order_id} and {address} so each message fills in the customer's details automatically.

What placeholders can I use in Pludor message templates?

The supported placeholders are {customer_name}, {order_id}, {items}, {address}, {agent_name} and {order_link}. Pludor fills these in automatically with each customer's real details when you send the template in the inbox, order updates, nudges or campaigns.

How do I stop typing the same customer replies over and over?

Save your common answers as reusable templates and insert them with one click instead of retyping. In Pludor, save them under Outreach & CRM > Templates and press Use Template when replying in the Inbox or Orders. This saves time and avoids copy-paste mistakes.

How much does Pludor Message Templates cost?

Message Templates are on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Each month a free amount of everything is included (for example 3,000 visits and 100 AI replies); past that you pay only for what you use, in credits where 1 credit = 1 cent. New stores get 500 free credits.

How do I send a bulk message to many customers with their names filled in?

Build a campaign under Outreach & CRM > Campaigns, pick your audience by status or label, then choose a template with placeholders like {customer_name}. Preview the audience and messages, then schedule or queue the campaign. Pludor personalises each message automatically.

How do I remind customers about unpaid cash-on-delivery orders?

Set up a nudge under Outreach & CRM > Nudges, choose how old the order should be (older than X hours), pick a reminder template and queue it. Replies come back to your Inbox so you can answer them. On Pludor this is a ready-made feature, no custom workflow needed.

Can I use the same template for WhatsApp, SMS and email?

Yes, if all your channels are connected in one system. In Pludor, connect WhatsApp, SMS and email under Channels, and every conversation from every channel lands in one Inbox where you can insert any template. You write the template once and use it everywhere.

Is Pludor Message Templates better than HubSpot or Klaviyo for a small shop?

It depends on your setup. Tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo and ManyChat typically charge per-seat or per-contact tiers and need integrations to see order context in chats. On Pludor, the store and inbox are the same system, so the inbox natively knows the orders, and templates, leads and campaigns are included in store plans.

Do I need to pay for templates every month or per contact?

On Pludor, templates aren't billed per contact or per seat - they're included in every store plan, including the Free plan. You only pay for what you use past the monthly free amounts, in credits where 1 credit = 1 cent. Monthly plans are optional bundles of credits with bigger free amounts and a lower fee.

How do I get started with Pludor if I don't have a store yet?

Create a free store at pludor.com/setup - no card needed and no item limit. Once it's open, go to Outreach & CRM > Templates, press Add Defaults for a starter set, and start using them in orders and campaigns. New stores also get 500 free credits for Pludor's tools and AI.

How does Pludor Message Templates compare with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, ManyChat?

Conversations, leads, orders and campaigns share one customer record because the store and inbox are the same system. Order context in chats: typically integration required; on Pludor, native - the inbox knows the orders. COD reminders and post-delivery follow-ups: typically custom workflows; on Pludor, ready-made nudges and automations. Pricing model: typically per-seat or per-contact tiers; on Pludor, included in store plans.
