Leads tracks everyone who messaged but has not ordered, through New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted or Unqualified; Convert pre-fills an order form with their details.
Enquiries that do not buy straight away get forgotten.
Track people who messaged but have not bought yet. You need a Pludor store - free to create.
Use a simple pipeline with statuses so no enquiry gets forgotten. On Pludor, open Outreach & CRM > Leads and move each person through New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted or Unqualified as you work them. When they're ready, press Convert and their details pre-fill an order form.
A lead pipeline is just a list of people who showed interest but haven't bought yet, sorted by stage. If you get enquiries via WhatsApp, SMS or chat and some slip through the cracks, you need one. Pludor includes a leads pipeline on every plan, including Free.
It's included in every store plan, including the Free plan. Each month you get a free amount of usage, and past that you pay only for what you use at 1 credit = 1 cent. There's no per-seat or per-contact charge for the pipeline itself.
Press Convert on the lead and an order form opens with their details already filled in. That's the Pludor Convert feature - it removes the copy-paste step between your chat and your order system. You then finish and submit the order as normal.
Set reminders (Nudges) on individual leads, or use automation to chase them for you. On Pludor's Scale plan you can turn on Stale Leads automation, which handles forgotten enquiries automatically. You can also set an Automation Rule with a trigger like 'new lead' or 'missed call' to send a follow-up template.
Use colour labels. In Pludor, open Labels in the Operations menu, create labels with a name and colour (or press Add Common Labels), then assign them to leads. You can filter by label and even use a label as a campaign audience.
Pludor's advantage is that conversations, leads, orders and campaigns share one customer record, because the store and inbox are the same system - the inbox knows the orders, no integration needed. It also includes ready-made COD reminders and post-delivery follow-ups that usually need custom workflows elsewhere. Pricing is usage-based and included in store plans, rather than per-seat or per-contact tiers.
Yes. In Pludor, open Channels in the Operations menu and connect WhatsApp, SMS or email, then work the Inbox where every conversation from every channel appears, newest first. Leads sit alongside it so you can move people from enquiry to order without switching tools. Save common answers as Templates to reply faster.
Keep it simple: one list, a few statuses, and a habit of updating them. On Pludor: open Leads, update each lead's status, add labels, press Convert when they buy, and later turn on automation. You just need a Pludor store, which is free to create at pludor.com/setup.
Set up an if-this-then-that rule: trigger on 'new lead' (or 'missed call' or 'new order') and choose an action like sending a template, adding a tag or creating a nudge. In Pludor, open Automation Rules in the Management menu, build the rule, then test it with a fake lead and check the Failed tab in Outreach if anything doesn't send.
On for every store, including the Free plan - a free amount every month, then pay only for what you use (1 credit = 1 cent).
