Common questions

How do I organize my orders with tags or labels?

Create named, colored labels and assign them to orders, then filter your order list by label instead of reading every order. In Pludor, open Labels in the Operations menu, add a name and color (or press Add Common Labels), then press Assign Labels on an order in Orders. You can then filter Orders by any label.

How can I find all my VIP or gift wrap orders quickly?

Filter your orders by a label instead of scrolling through everything. With Pludor, create a "VIP" or "gift wrap" label once, assign it to matching orders, and the filter shows just those orders anytime. You can also use the same label as an audience for campaigns.

Can I tag my leads as well as my orders?

Yes, the same labels work for both orders and leads. In Pludor, create your labels in the Operations menu and assign them to leads in the Leads section, where you can also move each lead from new to won. Labels on leads can be used to pick campaign audiences too.

How do I send a bulk message to a specific group of customers?

Group customers with labels first, then target that label as your campaign audience. In Pludor, go to Outreach & CRM > Campaigns, choose customers by status or label, write your message with personalized placeholders, preview it, and schedule or queue the send. Bulk messaging campaigns are included on every plan, including Free.

How much does it cost to use order labels on Pludor?

Labels are on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Each month a free amount of everything is included (for example 3,000 visits and 100 AI replies); past that you pay only for what you use, in credits where 1 credit = 1 cent. New stores also get 500 free credits.

What's the best way to keep track of orders that need a call back?

Create a "call back" label and assign it to those orders so they're easy to find and never get lost in the list. In Pludor, add the label in the Operations menu under Labels, assign it in Orders, and set a Nudge as a reminder to follow up. You can filter by the label whenever you work through callbacks.

Can my team share the same order labels?

Yes, labels are store-wide, so everyone on your team sees and uses the same set. Pludor includes team staff accounts, and the free amount covers 2 team members each month. This makes labels a good way for teams sharing orders to stay organized consistently.

Do I have to create labels one by one, or is there a preset set?

You don't have to start from scratch. In Pludor, press Add Common Labels to get a default label set instantly, or add your own with a custom name and color. You can mix both and edit your set anytime.

How do labels work together with shipping and fulfillment?

Use labels to flag special orders (like gift wrap), then handle fulfillment in your Orders dashboard. In Pludor, set up shipping zones and rates in Shipping, print a Pack List grouped by product, and move each order through packed, shipped and delivered - the buyer is notified at each step. Labels help you spot exceptions while the pack list covers the routine.

Is Pludor labels free to try, and do I need a credit card?
