Create named, colored labels, assign them to orders or leads, filter by them and target them in campaigns.
Without tags, finding "VIP", "gift wrap" or "call back" orders means reading every order.
5 steps, in this order. Each one is explained in the step-by-step guide.
Create named, colored labels and assign them to orders, then filter your order list by label instead of reading every order. In Pludor, open Labels in the Operations menu, add a name and color (or press Add Common Labels for a ready-made set), then press Assign Labels on any order. After that, filtering Orders by label pulls up exactly what you need.
It's a labeling feature that lets you create named, colored labels, assign them to orders or leads, filter orders by them, and use a label as a campaign audience. It solves the problem of hunting through every order to find things like "VIP" or "gift wrap" orders. It's built into every Pludor store, including the free plan.
Nothing extra - labels are on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Every feature is on for every store, and each month a free amount of everything is included (for example 3,000 visits and 100 AI replies); past that you pay only for what you use, in credits where 1 credit = 1 cent. New stores also get 500 free credits.
Create a "VIP" label, assign it to the right orders or leads, then use that label as your campaign audience. In Pludor, make the label under Operations > Labels, assign it in Orders, then go to Outreach & CRM > Campaigns, pick customers by that label, write your message with placeholders, preview it and queue it. Bulk messaging campaigns are included on every plan, including Free.
Yes - that's exactly what labels are for. Assign a label like "gift wrap" or "call back" to each order, then use the filter in Orders to see only those orders. In Pludor you can also press Add Common Labels to get a default label set instead of building one from scratch.
Use simple colored labels plus a leads pipeline: tag each lead with what matters (like "hot" or "needs callback") and move them through stages from new to won. Pludor gives you both - labels you can assign to leads, and a Leads view where you track each lead's stage, with Nudges for reminders. It's all included on the free plan.
Yes - Pludor has a free Packing Slip Generator that needs no account. You add the order details and get a packing slip to print and put in the box, instantly. If you open a free Pludor store, you also get 500 credits for its tools and AI.
You need a Pludor store, which is free to create at pludor.com/setup - no card needed. Then open Labels in the Operations menu, create your labels with names and colors, assign them from the Orders page, and filter or use them in campaigns. There's a full step-by-step guide at pludor.com/tutorials/order-labels.
Yes - labels live on the store, so everyone on the team sees and uses the same set. Pludor is built for busy stores and teams sharing orders, and team staff accounts are included (2 free team members, more available). This keeps everyone filtering and tagging orders the same way.
Statuses track where an order is in fulfillment (packed, shipped, delivered); labels describe what the order is (VIP, gift wrap, call back). You need both: statuses move the order along and notify the buyer, while labels let you find and group specific orders. In Pludor you update statuses in Orders and use Labels separately for filtering and campaign targeting.
