Turn on AI in the Inbox for suggested replies you approve, or Auto-Send to let AI reply automatically.
Writing every reply by hand slows you down, but fully unattended bots worry owners.
AI-suggested replies in your inbox, with optional automatic sending. You need a Pludor store - free to create.
In Pludor, go to Outreach & CRM > Inbox and enable AI replies. Suggestions then appear on each conversation, and you can edit them before sending. It works across all your connected channels like WhatsApp, SMS and email.
Auto-Send is an optional toggle you switch on once you trust the AI's suggested replies. When it's on, the AI replies to conversations automatically based on your store data. You should still check conversations daily and review Auto-Send regularly.
It's reasonably safe if you review the replies first before enabling Auto-Send, since suggestions are based on your store data and the conversation. Start with manual approval, then turn on Auto-Send once you trust the output. Keep monitoring conversations daily even after switching it on.
It's included on every store, including the Free plan at $0. Each month you get 100 AI replies free; past that you pay only for what you use in credits, where 1 credit equals 1 cent. New stores also get 500 free credits to start.
Yes. Connect your channels under Channels in the Operations menu, and every conversation from WhatsApp, SMS, email and chat lands in one Inbox, newest first. AI reply suggestions and Auto-Send work across all connected channels.
Start with suggestions only: enable AI replies, edit and approve each one yourself before sending. Only toggle on Auto-Send once you've seen enough replies you're happy with. Checking conversations daily keeps you in control the whole time.
On Pludor, the store and inbox are the same system, so conversations, leads, orders and campaigns share one customer record and the inbox knows the orders natively. Things like COD reminders and post-delivery follow-ups that usually need custom workflows are ready-made nudges. Pricing is included in store plans rather than per-seat or per-contact tiers.
You can, but you don't have to. In Pludor, go to Outreach & CRM > Templates and press Add Defaults for a starter set, then write your own with placeholders if you need more. Templates can be used in replies, orders and campaigns, and AI suggestions handle the rest.
Just a Pludor store, which is free to create at pludor.com/setup - no card needed. Once your store exists, open the Inbox and enable AI replies. Connect channels like WhatsApp or email if you want messages from those to flow in too.
The replies are based on your store data and the conversation, so they're only as good as the context they have - review Auto-Send regularly. Beyond the 100 free AI replies each month, extra replies cost credits (1 credit = 1 cent). Your store and checkout never switch off for lack of credits.
On for every store, including the Free plan ($0, no item limit). Every feature is on for every store. Each month a free amount of everything is included (for example 3,000 visits, 100 AI replies and 30 bookings); past that you pay only for what you use, in credits (1 credit = 1 cent). New stores get 500 free credits. Monthly plans are optional bundles of credits with bigger free amounts and a lower fee. Pludor charges a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 per paid online order, deducted before payout. Card processing (Stripe) is charged separately by the processor. Cash sales recorded in POS carry no platform fee, and wallet-to-wallet transfers between Pludor users are free.
