Finance shows the balance available for payout and revenue by sales channel, lets you request a payout to a bank account or PayPal with a chosen transfer speed, and stores your W-9 taxpayer profile so you can download your Form 1099-NEC for each tax year.
Getting paid out and handling year-end tax forms is confusing on most platforms.
Cash out to bank or PayPal and download your 1099-NEC. You need a Pludor store - free to create.
In Pludor, open Core Commerce > Finance, save your bank routing details (or PayPal email), then press Request Payout and choose your transfer speed. Your available balance and payout history are shown in the same Finance view. Payouts won't work until bank or PayPal details are saved first.
Yes, if you're a US seller you complete the W-9 Taxpayer Profile in Pludor's Finance section before payouts. It stores your taxpayer details so Pludor can issue your Form 1099-NEC at year end. You enter your name, address and tax ID once and it's kept on file.
In Pludor, go to Finance, choose the tax year you need, and press Download 1099 PDF to get your Form 1099-NEC. It's generated from the W-9 taxpayer profile you saved. You can do this for each tax year as needed.
Yes, Pludor payouts go to either a bank account or PayPal - you just save your PayPal email as the payout method in Finance. You also choose a transfer speed when you request each payout. Switch methods anytime by updating your saved payout details.
Pludor charges a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 per paid online order, deducted before payout, and card processing is charged separately by Stripe. Cash sales recorded in POS carry no platform fee, and wallet-to-wallet transfers between Pludor users are free. The Finance view shows each payment, the fee deducted, and your payouts so you can check the math.
The payouts and tax features are on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Each month a free amount of everything is included (for example 3,000 visits and 100 AI replies); past that you pay only for what you use, in credits where 1 credit = 1 cent. New stores get 500 free credits, and the only selling cost is the 4.99% + $0.90 platform fee per paid online order.
The most common cause is that bank or PayPal details haven't been saved yet - Pludor requires payout details before any payout request. Go to Finance and enter your bank routing or PayPal email. If you're a US seller, also make sure your W-9 Taxpayer Profile is complete.
Yes, Pludor has a profile-wide ID check that unlocks payouts. Go to pludor.com/me/wallet and verify: Tier 1 is tax details (name, address, tax ID) and Tier 2 is a government ID scan plus a selfie. Most checks are automatic, and you re-verify yearly when prompted.
With typical processors your money and tax forms live in a separate processor dashboard; on Pludor, checkout, QR pay, invoices and refunds share one order history, and Finance shows fees, payouts, your W-9 and 1099 in one place. Pludor also adds a buyer wallet with cashback and gift cards at checkout, which most processors don't offer. Card processing itself is still handled by Stripe.
Yes, Pludor's Finance section shows your available payout balance plus revenue broken down by sales channel. You can review each payment, the fee deducted, and your full payout request history there. When you're ready, request a payout to bank or PayPal with your preferred transfer speed.
