Add your Meta Pixel ID and Conversions API token, TikTok Pixel code and Events API token, and GA4 Measurement ID and API secret; storefront visits and purchases are reported to your own accounts. Pludor never sees your ad spend.
Ads optimise poorly when purchases on your store are not reported back to the ad platform.
Connect your own ad and analytics accounts to your storefront. You need a Pludor store - free to create.
Copy your Meta Pixel ID and Conversions API token from Meta Events Manager, then paste both into your store's tracking settings. On Pludor, go to Settings > SEO & Tracking / Ads & Tracking and paste them into the Meta fields. Place a test order afterwards and check that events appear in Meta's Events Manager.
Ads optimise poorly when purchases on your store aren't reported back to the ad platform, so Meta's algorithm can't learn from real buyers. Fix this by installing the Meta Pixel plus the Conversions API so both browser and server events are sent. Pludor supports both - you just paste your Pixel ID and CAPI token in Settings.
Get your TikTok Pixel code and Events API token from TikTok Events Manager, then paste both into your store's tracking settings. In Pludor, that's Settings > SEO & Tracking / Ads & Tracking under the TikTok section. Test with a test order and confirm events show up in TikTok's events view.
Yes - add your GA4 Measurement ID and API secret to your store and visits plus purchases will be reported to your GA4 property. On Pludor, paste both into Settings > SEO & Tracking / Ads & Tracking. Then check real-time reports in GA4 after a test order to confirm data is flowing.
Nothing extra - Ads Tracking is on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Each month a free amount of everything is included (for example 3,000 visits); past that you pay only for what you use in credits, where 1 credit = 1 cent. New stores also get 500 free credits.
Yes, using both is best practice. The browser pixel catches some events, but the Conversions API sends purchase data server-side, which is more reliable with ad blockers and iOS restrictions. Pludor supports both - paste your Pixel ID and CAPI token together in Settings.
Place a test order on your own store, then open each platform's events view - Meta Events Manager, TikTok Events Manager and GA4 real-time reports - and confirm the visit and purchase events appear. Do this right after setup and again after any changes. If events are missing, re-check that the IDs and tokens were pasted correctly.
Use your store's analytics dashboard to compare visits, sources, conversions and sales over a date range. On Pludor, open Analytics & Traffic in the Growth & AI menu, pick a date range to compare week over week, and check which links, social posts or ads brought visits. You can also export reports for deeper analysis.
Yes - you need a product feed that each platform fetches regularly. On Pludor your feed URL is pludor.com/feeds/products.xml?tenant={your-store-slug}; add it as a scheduled daily fetch in Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager or TikTok Catalog Manager. Fix any feed warnings (missing images or prices), then create Shopping or catalog campaigns.
Yes, when the platform only sends event data and never touches your ad account credentials or spend. With Pludor you paste your own pixel IDs and API tokens, and storefront visits and purchases are reported directly to your own Meta, TikTok and Google accounts - Pludor never sees your ad spend. You can remove or replace the tokens at any time.
