Common questions

How can I let other online stores resell or dropship my products?

You need a way to publish your catalog with wholesale terms and route reseller orders back to you for shipping. On Pludor, the Fulfillment feature does exactly this: you set ship-from origins, distributor categories and markup rules, and other Pludor and WooCommerce stores can source your products, with their orders routed to you to pick, pack and ship.

How do I become a supplier on Pludor?

Open the Fulfillment page in your Pludor dashboard, choose Become a Supplier, add your ship-from origins, then select distributor categories and your markup. Routed orders then appear in Orders, where you pick, pack and ship them. You need a Pludor store, which is free to create.

How much does it cost to use Pludor's supplier network?

The feature is on for every store, including the Free plan ($0, no item limit). Each month a free amount of everything is included; past that you pay only for what you use in credits (1 credit = 1 cent), and new stores get 500 free credits. Pludor charges a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 per paid online order, with card processing charged separately by Stripe.

Can WooCommerce stores source products from my inventory?

Yes. WooCommerce stores using Pludor's Supply & Fulfil plugin can source your products, and those orders route to you for fulfillment. On their side they install the plugin, paste their Pludor API key, and order statuses sync back to WooCommerce.

I'm a wholesaler with stock - is Pludor's supplier network for me?

Yes, it's built for wholesalers, brands with stock and local distributors. It solves the problem that a business with inventory has no easy way to let other sellers resell and dropship it. You list your products with markup rules, and other stores in the network can source them.

How does Pludor compare to Shopify with DSers or Spocket for dropshipping?

On Pludor, import, AI media, automated fulfillment and a marketplace to sell in come as one system. Supplier order placement is typically a paid app on top of a Shopify store, while on Pludor automated fulfillment is included; product media comes from AI Studio instead of extra tools; and your products get listed in the Pludor marketplace instead of bringing all your own traffic.

How do I handle the orders that come in from resellers?

Routed orders appear in your Orders dashboard, where you can print a pack list grouped by product, set up shipping zones and rates, and move each order through packed, shipped and delivered - the buyer is notified at each step. You can also export orders for accounting or bulk reporting.

Can I also dropship products from AliExpress while being a supplier myself?

Yes, both work together. Connect your AliExpress account in Settings, import products via AliExpress Import, set margins with Bulk Edit, and enable automated fulfillment so supplier orders are placed automatically when customers pay. AI Studio can also create clean product images and videos for your listings.

How do I write a wholesale pitch to send to potential resellers?

List your products and wholesale prices, then describe your terms in a short pitch email with a follow-up. Pludor has a free Wholesale Pitch Email Writer tool that does this for you - it's free to try with 8 runs an hour and no account needed.

Is it safe and free to start selling as a supplier on Pludor?

Yes, you can start with no card and no item limit - the Free plan is $0 and every feature is on for every store. Your store, website, product pages, checkout and orders never switch off for lack of credit, and you only pay for what you use past the monthly free amounts.
