Store Profile adds a call button and a map button to your storefront, allows local pickup, and the Home Service Provider option captures the customer's service address at checkout automatically.
Local customers want to call, find you or pick up - and home-service businesses need the client's address.
Call and map buttons, local pickup and home-service address capture. You need a Pludor store - free to create.
In Pludor, go to Settings > Store Profile, enter your contact phone number, and enable the Call Button, then save. The button appears on your storefront so customers can tap to call you. This is included on every plan, including the free one.
Add your business address in Settings > Store Profile and turn on the Map Button. Customers then see a map button on your storefront that takes them to your location. On Pludor this takes about a minute and works on the free plan.
In your store settings, look for a local pickup option and switch it on. On Pludor, tick Allow Local Pickup in Settings > Store Profile and save - customers can then choose pickup at checkout, and you mark orders as ready for pickup in the Orders area.
You need a checkout or booking tool that captures the service address. Pludor has a built-in Home Service Provider option: tick it in Settings > Store Profile and the customer's service address is captured automatically at checkout, so you know where to go.
On Pludor, yes - every feature is on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. You only pay for what you use past the monthly free amounts, and new stores get 500 free credits. Note that paid online orders carry a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90, deducted before payout.
Local pickup means the customer comes to you - they collect the order at your shop. Home service means you go to the customer, so you need their address; the Home Service Provider option captures it automatically at checkout. On Pludor you can enable either or both in Settings > Store Profile.
Not if you use a platform with it built in. On Pludor, the Call Button is part of Store Profile - just add your phone number and enable it, no app or extra subscription needed. On builders like Shopify or Wix this typically requires an app.
Create a free store, add your products, then turn on the call and map buttons in your store's profile settings. On Pludor: sign up at pludor.com/setup, add products, enter your phone and address in Settings > Store Profile, enable the Call and Map Buttons, and connect Stripe for payouts. Your store also gets listed in the Pludor marketplace for extra discovery.
Yes. On Pludor you can enable the Call Button for customers and also turn on AI Answering, which answers calls, texts and chats using your business hours, prices and services. Callers can even be booked into your calendar automatically, and everything lands in one unified inbox. The first 100 AI replies and 10 calls a month are free.
On most builders, click-to-call, maps and pickup are handled by apps or workarounds; on Pludor they're built into Store Profile and included on every plan. Pludor also adds a marketplace listing, built-in chat and an AI receptionist in the same account, with a free plan instead of a trial. If you want everything in one place with no item limit, Pludor is the simpler route.
On for every store, including the Free plan ($0, no item limit). Every feature is on for every store. Each month a free amount of everything is included (for example 3,000 visits, 100 AI replies and 30 bookings); past that you pay only for what you use, in credits (1 credit = 1 cent). New stores get 500 free credits. Monthly plans are optional bundles of credits with bigger free amounts and a lower fee. Pludor charges a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 per paid online order, deducted before payout. Card processing (Stripe) is charged separately by the processor. Cash sales recorded in POS carry no platform fee, and wallet-to-wallet transfers between Pludor users are free.

Products, digital downloads and services: typically often split across tools; on Pludor, one catalog and checkout.
