Store Profile adds a call button and a map button to your storefront, allows local pickup, and the Home Service Provider option captures the customer's service address at checkout automatically.
Local customers want to call, find you or pick up - and home-service businesses need the client's address.
5 steps, in this order. Each one is explained in the step-by-step guide.
In Pludor, open Settings > Store Profile, enter your contact phone, and enable the Call Button, then save. The button then appears on your storefront so customers can tap to call you. It's available on every plan, including the free one.
You need a store that supports a local pickup option. In Pludor, tick 'Allow Local Pickup' in Settings > Store Profile and save - customers can then choose pickup at checkout, and you mark orders as ready for pickup in the Orders screen.
Look for a checkout option that captures the service address automatically. In Pludor, tick 'Home Service Provider' in Settings > Store Profile and the customer's address is captured at checkout, so you know where to go without asking afterwards.
Add your business address to your store profile and turn on a map button. On Pludor, that's Settings > Store Profile: enter your address, enable Map Button, and save - customers then see a map link on your storefront.
On Pludor these storefront options are on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Each month a free amount of usage is included (for example 3,000 visits); past that you pay only for what you use in credits, where 1 credit = 1 cent. New stores also get 500 free credits.
Pludor charges a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 per paid online order, deducted before payout. Card processing is charged separately by Stripe. Cash sales recorded in POS carry no platform fee, and wallet-to-wallet transfers between Pludor users are free.
No - on Pludor every feature is on for every store, including the Free plan. Paid monthly plans are just optional bundles of credits with bigger free amounts and a lower fee. Your store and checkout never switch off for lack of credit.
Go to pludor.com/setup, choose a store name and business type, and sign up - no card needed on the free plan. Then add your first product under Products, connect Stripe for payouts in Settings, and share your store link. Turn on the call and map buttons in Store Profile so locals can reach you.
Yes - Pludor's AI Answering acts as a receptionist that answers calls, texts and chats. Add your hours, prices and services, pick a voice, then forward your calls; bookings land in the same calendar, and the first 100 AI replies and 10 calls a month are free.
It depends on your priorities. On Pludor you get your own storefront plus a listing in its marketplace, with chat, an AI receptionist and AI content built in rather than added as separate subscriptions. It also starts free with every feature on and no item limit, whereas most builders offer trials and Etsy is a crowded marketplace.
