Common questions

How do I sell tickets to a live stream?

You need a tool that combines ticketing with streaming, or a platform with both built in. On Pludor, open your dashboard, find Schedule a Live Show, tick Paid Event and set your ticket price - you can also set a max number of seats and allow replay access after the stream ends.

How much does it cost to run a paid live event?

It depends on the platform, but on Pludor the feature is on for every store, including the Free plan. You get a free amount every month and pay only for what you use past that, in credits where 1 credit = 1 cent. New stores also get 500 free credits.

Can people watch a replay of my live show after it ends?

Yes, if you enable it. On Pludor, tick Allow replay access after the stream ends when you schedule the show, and ticket holders can watch it again later. This is built in, so you don't need a separate recording or hosting tool.

Do I need separate ticketing and streaming software for a paid webinar or show?

Traditionally yes - most creators stitch together a ticketing tool plus a streaming tool like Zoom. Pludor combines both: you schedule the show, sell tickets, cap seats and offer replays in one place, and checkout happens on your own store rather than a platform-owned checkout.

How is this different from going live on TikTok Shop or Instagram Live?

On TikTok or Instagram, checkout and ticketing are typically platform-owned, and paid events usually need extra tools. On Pludor, the live show runs from your own store with your own products and checkout, and paid tickets, seat caps, replays, auctions and gifts are built in.

How many live shows can I schedule in advance?

On Pludor you can schedule up to 2 upcoming shows at a time. Once a show has run, you can schedule the next one. If you need recurring sessions, plan them around that limit.

Can I invite another creator to join my live stream?

Yes. Pludor's Scheduled & Ticketed Live Shows include live stream invites that guests can accept or decline. Schedule the show, send the invite from the dashboard, and they join you on the stream at the scheduled time.

How do I stop someone from joining my paid live event?

Use a seat limit and a ban list. On Pludor you can set max seats when you make it a paid event, and the broadcast includes a banned users list so you can block people from the stream.

Can I sell products during a ticketed live show, not just tickets?

Yes, if your platform supports live selling alongside the event. On Pludor, open Live Broadcast from the Growth & AI menu, attach the products you'll show on the Products tab, and viewers can check out on pinned products without leaving the stream while you answer questions in the Chat tab.

Is it safe to sell access to a live session online?

Generally yes, as long as you use a platform with built-in checkout and access control rather than sharing payment links manually. Pludor handles ticket purchase, seat limits and replay access automatically, and your store, checkout and orders never switch off for lack of credit.

How much does Pludor Scheduled & Ticketed Live Shows cost?
