Common questions

How do I boost my product on Pludor so more people see it?

Open Products (or your dashboard), pick your best seller or a new arrival, and press Boost - that pushes it to the top of the feed. You can do this 4 times per day. Check how many you have left under Boost usage (24h) on the dashboard.

What does the Refresh button do on Pludor?

Refresh marks a product as recently updated, which is useful after you change its description, price or photos. Use it on products you've just improved - you get 4 refreshes per day. It works alongside Boost, which pushes a product to the top of the feed.

How much does Product Boost and Refresh cost on Pludor?

Nothing extra - both are on for every store, including the Free plan ($0, no item limit). Pludor includes a free amount of everything each month, and you only pay for what you use past that in credits (1 credit = 1 cent). The only fees are a 4.99% + $0.90 platform fee per paid online order, with card processing charged separately by Stripe.

How many times a day can I boost or refresh a product?

You get 4 boosts and 4 refreshes per day. Your remaining boosts are shown as Boost usage (24h) on the dashboard, so you can see when your allowance resets. Pick your best seller or a new arrival to get the most from each one.

My products are getting buried in the marketplace feed - what can I do?

Use Boost to push a product back to the top of the feed, up to 4 times a day, and Refresh to flag updated products as recently changed. On Pludor, open Products, pick the product, and press Boost or Refresh. Also make sure your listing itself is strong - a clear description, good photos and price help it convert once people see it.

Do I need a paid plan to use Product Boost on Pludor?

No - Boost and Refresh are on for every store, including the Free plan with no item limit. Every feature is switched on regardless of plan; you only pay for usage past the monthly free amounts. New stores also get 500 free credits to start.

What's the best way to get my new products noticed when I launch them?

Combine a Boost with a fresh listing: use Pludor's free Product Description Generator to sharpen the description first, then press Boost to push it to the top of the feed. Save your 4 daily boosts for new arrivals and your best sellers. You can also share your store link or product QR code on social media from the dashboard.

How do I set up a Pludor store so I can start boosting products?

Go to pludor.com/setup, choose a store name and business type, and sign up - no card needed on Free. Add your first product under Products with name, price, photos, stock and variations, then connect Stripe in Settings for payouts. Once your store exists, Boost and Refresh are available right away.

Is Pludor's Product Boost worth it compared to just running ads?

Boost is free and included, so it's a good first step for visibility - 4 pushes to the top of the feed per day at no cost. If you want more reach, Pludor also has self-serve ads (via Ads Manager at pludor.com/ads) with your own budget, placements and targeting. Start with Boost on your best sellers, then add ads if you need more traffic.

Can I see how many boosts I have left today?

Yes - your dashboard shows Boost usage (24h), so you can track how many of your 4 daily boosts you've used. Refresh has the same 4-per-day limit. This helps you plan which products to push for the rest of the day.
