Enable Email Campaigns & Automations in Answering, set a From Name and From Email, and send campaigns or automated follow-ups to your contacts and leads.
Emailing customers usually needs a separate email marketing tool.
5 steps, in this order. Each one is explained in the step-by-step guide.
If you have a Pludor store, email campaigns are already included - no separate email marketing tool needed. Go to pludor.com/answering > Settings, tick Enable Email Campaigns & Automations, and enter your From Name and From Email. Then open Outreach and create your first campaign.
It's on for every store, including the Free plan. You get 500 marketing emails and 200 automation runs free each month, then pay only for what you use (1 credit = 1 cent). No card is needed to start.
First enable email in Answering settings and set your From Name and From Email. Then open Outreach & CRM > Campaigns, pick your audience (customers by status or label, or leads), write your message with placeholders, preview it, and schedule or queue the campaign.
It's a Pludor feature that automatically nudges leads who have gone quiet, so you don't have to remember to follow up yourself. Once email campaigns are enabled in Answering settings, you can turn it on from Outreach. It sends automated follow-up emails to your leads.
Yes. In Pludor's Answering settings you set both a From Name and a From Email, so campaigns and automated follow-ups arrive from your business. Just go to pludor.com/answering > Settings, enable Email Campaigns & Automations, and enter your sender details.
A good approach is win-back and re-engagement flows that email people who haven't bought in a while. On Pludor, open Promotions in the Growth & AI menu, enable Win-back, Order-again and Re-engagement emails, and optionally create a promo code or set a Win-back Discount. The emails then send automatically.
It depends on your needs, but Pludor keeps conversations, leads, orders and campaigns in one customer record since the store and inbox are the same system. Order context in chats is native rather than requiring integrations, and COD reminders and post-delivery follow-ups are ready-made nudges. Pricing is also usage-based instead of per-seat or per-contact tiers.
Use a bulk messaging campaign with placeholders that fill in each person's details. On Pludor, open Outreach & CRM > Campaigns, choose your audience by status or label, pick or write a template with placeholders, then preview the audience and messages before queueing or scheduling.
Yes, a unified inbox is the practical way to do it. On Pludor, open Channels in the Operations menu to connect WhatsApp, SMS or email, then work everything from the Inbox, save quick replies in Templates, and track each lead from new to won in Leads.
On Pludor you just pay as you go - past the 500 free monthly emails and 200 free automation runs, you pay only for what you use (1 credit = 1 cent). Your store, checkout and orders never switch off for lack of credit. If you send a lot, monthly plans like Starter or Growth include bigger free amounts.
