Create codes with a type and value, minimum order, maximum uses and optional expiry, then notify customers with one tap.
You need a code for a campaign or influencer that cannot be abused.
5 steps, in this order. Each one is explained in the step-by-step guide.
You need a tool that lets you set the code, the discount amount, and limits so it can't be abused. In Pludor, open Promotions, enter the code, type and value, set a minimum order, max uses and expiry, then press Create. You can then notify customers with one tap and track usage.
Set a maximum number of uses and an expiry date on the code, plus a minimum order so discounts only apply to worthwhile orders. Pludor's Promo Codes include all three options — max uses can be set to 0 for unlimited if you want no cap. That keeps influencer or campaign codes from being abused.
Promo codes are on for every store, including the Free plan — a free amount is included every month and you pay only for what you use past that (1 credit = 1 cent). New stores also get 500 free credits. So you can start creating codes without paying anything upfront.
Share the code wherever your audience already is — posts, videos or live streams. Pludor has a Notify Customers button that sends the code out with one tap after you create it. You can also feature codes in automated win-back and re-engagement emails.
Compare your selling price, your cost and the discount to see what you keep on each sale. Pludor offers a free Discount & Sale Price Calculator — enter your price, cost and discount and it shows your margin instantly, no account needed. It's worth checking before launching any code.
A sale price is set directly on a product and shows to everyone; a promo code is entered at checkout and only applies to people who have the code. On Pludor you can do both — edit a product to add a sale price, and create codes under Promotions. Many stores combine a sale with a code for a campaign.
Yes — create a code specifically for that influencer with a usage limit and expiry so it can't be abused. In Pludor, open Promotions, set the code, discount, minimum order, max uses and expiry, then share it with the influencer. You can track how much it's used under Your promo codes. If you want them to earn commission instead, Pludor also has an affiliate program in Settings.
Set up win-back or re-engagement emails that automatically send to customers who haven't bought recently, and feature a promo code in them. Pludor has Win-back, Order-again and Re-engagement email flows you can enable in Promotions, plus an optional Win-back Discount in Settings. Once enabled, the emails send automatically.
Yes, as long as you set guardrails: a minimum order, a maximum number of uses and an expiry date. Pludor's Promo Codes include all of these, so even a widely shared code can't run away from you. Also check your margins with a discount calculator before launching.
You can run promo codes without paying anything upfront. On Pludor, promo codes are on for every store including the Free plan, with a free monthly amount included and 1 credit = 1 cent past that. Paid plans are optional bundles of credits with bigger free amounts and a lower fee.
