Welcome to Ordr.chat. By accessing or using our services—including our Shop infrastructure, Pludor AI, Signal Social Platform, and ACCA Academy—you agree to these binding Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, stores, communities, or AI access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.
Ordr.chat provides a technology platform (the "Shop") used to present and sell products and services. Unless a specific listing or checkout page states otherwise, Pludor (EFGHI, LLC) acts as Merchant of Record for consumer transactions processed on the platform and collects payment via Stripe and other processors. Store owners ("Tenants") act as suppliers/fulfillers and must meet all obligations below.
As a merchant, you represent and warrant that you run an independent business. You are solely and exclusively responsible for:
Merchants may NOT sell illegal items, counterfeit goods, unauthorized intellectual property, regulated substances (including illegal drugs, unverified pharmaceuticals), weapons, explosives, or sexually explicit physical goods. Violation will result in immediate store termination and forfeiture of funds held by third-party processors.
Payment processing services on Ordr.chat are provided by third parties, primarily Stripe, Inc. Where we act as Merchant of Record, you appoint us as your limited payment collection agent to accept and process payments and to make payouts, issue refunds, or set reserves per our risk policies. By using payments, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (as applicable) and other processor terms. Furthermore:
Refunds are handled in line with the applicable listing, our published refund policies, and local consumer protection laws. For digital goods (including AI credits and courses), sales are typically final unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may issue refunds at our discretion to resolve disputes or policy violations.
If you use our tools to syndicate products to Google Shopping, Meta, or other external platforms, you must comply with their respective policies (e.g., Google Merchant Center Terms of Service). You must ensure accurate product data, clear refund policies on your storefront, and no deceptive practices. EFGHI, LLC is not responsible if your merchant account is suspended by Google or other third parties.
Our platform leverages external APIs for AI generation, SMS/voice routing, and live video. You agree to use these features in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policies of those respective providers. You may not use our platform to bypass their rate limits or circumvent their safety filters.
Ordr.chat offers powerful generative AI tools for text, image, video, voice, and website creation under the Pludor brand.
You may strictly NOT use Pludor AI tools to generate:
We actively monitor prompts and outputs using automated safety filters and reserve the right to permanently ban users who attempt to generate prohibited content.
Our Signal Social platform includes community clusters, seller updates, stories, direct messaging, and feeds.
Users who post text, images, or video to communities or feeds must ensure they have the right to share that content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.
The ACCA Academy and other digital courses hosted on Ordr.chat provide educational materials.
All course materials, videos, PDFs, and curriculum are the exclusive intellectual property of the course creator and/or EFGHI, LLC. Access is granted as a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Educational content is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, business success, or income as a result of taking our courses. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital courses are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout or mandated by local consumer protection laws.
We collect order data, usage metrics, and communications to operate the platform, process transactions, and improve AI models. We share data with crucial service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS) but do not sell your personal data to data brokers.
For users in the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, and delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team. A full Privacy Policy detailing data handling practices is available upon request.
The architecture, code, "Agentic Commerce Engine", "Pludor AI" branding, logos, and platform design are the exclusive property of EFGHI, LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or claim ownership over any part of our software.
We respect copyright law. If you believe your copyright is infringed on our platform, submit a notice to our Registered Agent containing:
We will expeditiously remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any country or entity subject to U.S. sanctions or on any U.S. government denied-party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws (including U.S. EAR and OFAC programs) when using the platform.
Any automated use of the platform (including APIs, scraping, or bots) is subject to published rate limits and acceptable use policies. We may throttle, block, or revoke access for abuse or service degradation.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EFGHI, LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform, Shop, AI, or Social features; (b) products you sell or content you generate/upload; (c) your violation of these Terms, Stripe terms, or Google terms; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
The platform, including all Shop infrastructure, AI generation tools, and API integrations, is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. EFGHI, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime reliability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EFGHI, LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. Under no circumstances will our aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the total amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
