This is Pludor's default Return & Refund Policy for purchases made through storefronts on the Pludor platform (pludor.com). Individual stores may state their own return and refund policy in their store settings, as permitted under our Terms of Service. Where a store has published its own policy, that policy applies in addition to — and does not reduce — the baseline protections described here. Where a store has not published its own policy, this default policy applies.
For transactions processed through Pludor's checkout and wallet infrastructure, Efghi LLC acts as the Merchant of Record. This means refund decisions on those transactions, and any related chargeback handling, are made by us in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection law, as described in Section 14 of our Terms of Service.
To request a refund or return, contact the store directly through the order's messaging/support option, or email [email protected] with your order number. Most requests are resolved within a few business days.
Refunds are generally considered when:
Digital products, course access, creator subscriptions, gifts, and paid unlocks (including dating photo unlocks) are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, consistent with Sections 9 and 12 of our Terms of Service. Ride, delivery, and courier services arranged through Sharing are refundable only where the service was not rendered as booked.
Shipping timeframes, carriers, and costs are set by each individual store and shown at checkout before payment. Pludor does not itself ship physical goods — stores are responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders as described in their listings within the stated timeframe, per Section 15 of our Terms of Service. If a store fails to ship within a reasonable time and does not respond to a buyer's inquiry, contact [email protected] for assistance.
We encourage buyers to request a refund directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer, as chargebacks take longer to resolve and may delay future orders from the same store while a dispute is open.
