Add Size, Color, Style or any custom option group to a product, each option required or optional and single- or multi-select - the same picker works on the storefront, POS and kiosk.
Listing every size and color as a separate product clutters the store and splits reviews.
5 steps, in this order. Each one is explained in the step-by-step guide.
Use product variations: one product with option groups like Size and Color instead of separate listings for each combination. On Pludor, edit the product, press Add Size, Add Color, Add Style or Add Other, enter each option (and a price change if any), then save. This keeps your store clean and reviews stay on one product.
Open your product in the catalog and add an option group, then fill in the choices. In Pludor: go to Products, edit the product, press Add Size, Add Color, Add Style or Add Other, enter the options, mark the group Required and/or Allow multiple selections, then save and check the product page.
Yes. When you create an option group, mark it as Required so the shopper must pick an option before checkout. In Pludor, toggle Required on the group when editing the product, and you can also allow multiple selections if, say, toppings or add-ons can be chosen together.
Use variants on one product. Listing every size and color separately clutters your store and splits your reviews across listings, while variants keep everything on one page. Pludor's Product Variations supports Size, Color, Style and custom groups, so one product can carry all the combinations.
On Pludor, product variations are on for every store, including the Free plan ($0, no item limit). Each month a free amount of everything is included (for example 3,000 visits); past that you pay only for what you use in credits, where 1 credit = 1 cent. Pludor charges a platform fee of 4.99% + $0.90 per paid online order, and card processing is charged separately by Stripe.
Yes, if your platform uses the same product data everywhere. Pludor's option picker works identically on the storefront, the POS and a self-order kiosk, so a customer at a tablet kiosk sees the same sizes and add-ons as an online shopper. Sold-out items can be greyed out on the kiosk instantly.
Yes. When adding options to a group, you can enter a price change per option, so a larger size or premium color costs more. In Pludor, you set this while entering each option in the product's variation group.
Add dishes as products with modifiers for sizes and add-ons. On Pludor, set your store category to Food & Restaurant in Settings to turn on Kitchen, Tables, Reservations and Waitlist, build the menu in Products with variation groups, and print QR codes from Tables for ordering. The same options show up on the kiosk and POS.
Yes, it's on for every store, including the Free plan at $0 with no item limit. Every feature is on for every store, and new stores get 500 free credits. You only pay for what you use past the monthly free amounts, plus the platform fee on paid online orders.
With Shopify or Wix you typically bring all your own traffic; with Etsy you compete in a crowded marketplace. Pludor gives you your own storefront plus a listing in its shared marketplace, with chat, AI receptionist, AI content and payments built into the same account rather than added apps. Variations, like every feature, are on for every store including the Free plan, whereas most builders offer only trial periods.
